WTW is expanding its Facultative Reinsurance presence in the Nordics, and we are now searching for a Facultative Reinsurance Broker to join our team. The position can be in Stockholm or Copenhagen.
The role
As a Facultative Reinsurance Broker, you will leverage your expertise to analyze risk and negotiate advantageous reinsurance terms, ensuring optimal coverage for WTW clients and cedants. You will get to collaborate with industry professionals, utilizing innovative strategies to enhance our portfolio and drive success in the dynamic reinsurance market.

About you
You likely hold a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field, or have equivalent education within the insurance industry. You bring proven experience in facultative reinsurance and possess a solid understanding of insurance and reinsurance principles, terms, risk assessment, and pricing.
With an analytical mindset, you are skilled in evaluating complex risk scenarios and excel at building and sustaining relationships. Your strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities enable you to establish and maintain connections effectively. Additionally, you communicate fluently in English, both in writing and verbally.
