    Description

    Operational Delivery

    The person should have Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy, then determining the best way to represent it visually to managers and stakeholders. 

    • Interpreting raw data and identify patterns/ways to perform it better
    • Combine the data with help of Power BI and other statistical tools and provide specific solutions
    • Creating flowcharts, graphs, and dashboards to visualize data
    • Translate complex statistics and data, and presenting data in innovative ways
    • Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
    • Ensure a smooth transition of new tasks from onshore stakeholders by proactively addressing
      requirements and providing solution
    • Revisit the existing tasks and provide ideas to automate and create efficiency 
    • Produce timely and accurate P&L, Revenue/Expense Reporting each month end whilst ensuring compliance with group income recognition processes, SOXs and internal and external audit guidance.
    • Maintain high quality reconciliations and ensure that all deferrals and accruals are adequately evidenced and accurately recorded
    • Support the generation of Revenue Analysis and ensure it is accurate and produced on a timely basis
    • Become expert in P&L, Revenue & Expense Reporting and offer evidence-based advice to the business as to how processes can be improved and refined

    Qualifications

    • Excellent stakeholder management skills and proven interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels whilst working under pressure.
    • Excel VBA with good knowledge on Worksheet functions, Formulas, Pivot & Graphs to organize data.
    • Working experience on Power BI and Alteryx (good to have)
    • Financial background with a good understanding of all aspects of finance.
    • Experience of working in a constantly moving fast paced finance department.
    • Ability to handle multiple projects and recommend changes in a changing environment.
    • Strong critical thinking and the ability to assess various complex issues and come to quick solutions.
    • Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail and ability to make decisions and judgment calls as needed.
    • Appreciation for data integrity, process definition and organizational alignment.
    • Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality
    • Finance Graduate / Post Graduate with advance excel skills
    • Should have 3 or more years of work experience in FP&A role.
    • Experience in Report/Dashboard preparation analysis and visualization.
    • Working knowledge of VBA/Power Query/Alteryx/Power BI/Hyperion
