    Description

    The Health & Benefits Analyst role is an entry-level position designed to help you build a strong foundation in data management and fundamental analysis. You will be responsible for accurately gathering and inputting data, assisting with preliminary study, and preparing basic reports under the supervision of senior team members. The Analyst learns and applies relevant software tools and participates in quality checks and research to support projects. The Analyst maintains clear communication, manages daily tasks efficiently, and engages in ongoing training to build foundational knowledge in actuarial concepts and tools, contributing to overall team goals and project deadlines.

    • Accurately gather and input data into relevant systems and databases.
    • Assist with preliminary data analysis and preparation under the supervision of senior team members.
    • Prepare basic reports and documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
    • Learn and apply relevant software tools to support analytical tasks.
    • Participate in quality checks by reviewing data for accuracy and flagging potential issues.
    • Research to gather information for senior team members on specific topics or projects.
    • Provide support to team members on various tasks, contributing to project goals.
    • Engage in ongoing training to build foundational knowledge of actuarial concepts and tools.
    • Maintain clear and concise communication with team members, ensuring tasks are understood and completed as directed.
    • Manage and prioritize daily tasks to meet project deadlines and support team efficiency.

    • Must know Microsoft Office tools and excellent data manipulation skills

    • Must have a keen eye for detail and commitment to excellence.

    • Self-starter attitude and ability to establish priorities, work independently with limited supervision, and work as part of a team
    • Strong analytics capabilities with an ability to identify inconsistencies in data and identify and resolve issues.
    • Must be fluent in written and spoken English 
    • Financial Mathematicians/Actuary/Financial Careers or similar (at university or technical institutions with finished credits)
