    As the Head of Cyber Risk Consulting, GB in the Risk and Analytics (R&A) business, you will be empowered to develop the strategic direction, client proposition and delivery for WTW cyber consulting solutions. The successful applicant will lead the Great Britain proposition and serve as a leader in the R&A business. You will lead large and complex client engagements, develop business development pipelines, grow relationships with clients to generate sales, and demonstrate how WTW’s superior strategic resources and capabilities can address their concerns. This role will serve as a key voice to the marketplace and contribute to the evolution and delivery of cyber risk consulting and to a variety of complex, global clients. 

    The Role

    • Lead the strategic growth of the WTW Cyber Risk Consulting business in Great Britain https://www.wtwco.com/en-gb/solutions/services/cyber-risk-consulting
    • Recruit junior team members to grow the team and scale the reach of the cyber risk consulting proposition
    • Serve as the strategic partner and trusted advisor to large and complex clients in the design and management of their cyber risk and mitigation programs.
    • Consult effectively with risk and insurance clients on their cyber needs, including but not limited to:
      • Cyber resilience & risk maturity
      • Threat intelligence and attack surface scanning
      • Scenario identification, prioritization and quantification modelling
      • Facilitate workshops that assess and prioritize cyber risks
      • Business continuity planning
      • Capacity building and resource allocation
      • Informed-decision making and effective communication to stakeholders such as the C-Suite
    • Collaborate with WTW producers, client account leads and R&A teams to effectively generate sales opportunities 
    • Serve as the principal cyber risk strategist for clients, providing risk and mitigation advice that meets clients’ needs
    • Raise awareness of WTW's capabilities in the marketplace through conference appearances and various other profile building activities
    • Contribute to the development of new client propositions

    Qualifications

    The Requirements

    • Experience in a leadership role in cyber intelligence and cyber risk management.
    • Track record of success in managing and growing large client relationships, together with proven ability to generate new go to market solutions for cyber risk management and cyber threat management. 
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to a variety of stakeholders
    • Ability to influence and collaborate with senior management and work across all levels of an organization
    • Interest and aptitude in keeping abreast of latest developments in cyber threats, cyber risk, and cyber insurance nuances and trends
    • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, and other collaborative work digital tools. 
    • Availability to travel regularly, mostly in Great Britain
    • Bachelor’s degree - A Scientific / Mathematic discipline is helpful but not mandatory
