Die betriebliche Altersversorgung ist für den Arbeitgeber wichtiges Differenzierungsmerkmal am Arbeitsmarkt – und bietet die Möglichkeit, soziale Verantwortung zu leben. Für die Mitarbeitenden stellt sie in Zeiten sinkender gesetzlicher Renten einen entscheidenden Baustein zur Zukunftssicherung dar. Gleichzeitig ist die betriebliche Altersversorgung äußerst komplex. An der Schnittstelle zwischen Unternehmensstrategie, Personalpolitik und Personalphilosophie, Steuer- und Arbeitsrecht, Finanzwirtschaft, Finanzmathematik und Informatik sind unterschiedlichste Fragestellungen zu beantworten.
