    Description

    We are seeking a talent-oriented Analyst to provide project management and data analytics insights for key projects.  The role will support projects in the Talent, Development and Engagement COE primarily focused on Talent Management, Performance Management, and Colleague Engagement.  This role is for someone who is looking to grow their HR career by gaining hands-on experience by contributing to a variety of global project in a fast pace working environment.  

    The role will report to the Talent Management & Engagement Lead in the Talent, Development and Engagement COE and is open to HR Colleagues with standard working hours which overlap Eastern U.S. and U.K. hours.

    Role:

    Data analyst

    • Analyse data, identify insights and display summaries in visual infographics to communicate to stakeholders and inform business talent strategies
    • Stakeholder management:  Review, validate, and answer questions from HR stakeholders on enterprise-wide reporting on talent, performance and colleague engagement
    • Reporting: Prepare talent reports as requested including analytics on key demographics compared to historical trends.  Summarize excel data into visual graphic and prepare presentations for HR Leaders to review.   Ensure data integrity and clearly communicate trends, insights, and risks that the data is displaying.  
       

    Project management

    • Collaborate effectively and efficiently with a variety of stakeholders within TDE, HR and the wider organization to build well-structured project plans.  Translate business needs into comprehensive project plans including objectives, timelines, and milestones to maintain momentum on projects
    • Monitor progress projects, escalates and mitigate project risks and issues. Create accountability structures for project teams and managing projects towards deadlines. Facilitate project team meetings
    • Lifecycle surveys: Project coordination for our global onboarding and offboarding surveys.  Collaborate with the Global HR Shared Services (GHRS) colleagues to oversee the survey set up and reporting for HR Stakeholders
       

    Broad TDE Team support

    • Communicate to internal stakeholders through updating intranet pages and maintaining talent and development resources
    • Work autonomously and fluidly across a broad team in a collaborative, communicative manner supporting a multiple of activities with dotted line relationships
    • Stay current with emerging trends within HR, data analytics, and TDE.   Become an internal expert on data analytics, guide HR colleagues on best practices, and use insights to improve TDE offerings
    • Proactively look for ways to incorporate I&D principles into TDE offerings and use data analytics to capture themes.  Role model inclusive leadership and being an Ally

    Qualifications

    Requirements

    • 3-5 years of Project Management Experience required.  HR experience preferred
    • Experience with advanced Excel functions to analyse data (Vlook ups, Pivot tables), and comfort summarizing trends of large data files
    • Experience working with HR data in excel, and an interest in talent, development and engagement
    • Continuous learning mindset
    • Attention to detail
    • Personal resilience and self-awareness of the impacts of change
    • Strong communication skills and client focus (internal)
    • A desire to contribute towards an inclusive team atmosphere and organizational culture
    • Must be amenable to UK or US shift
