    The Opportunity

    As a Human Resources IT Project Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of driving cutting-edge HR technology solutions. You'll lead impactful HR IT projects, from overseeing roll-outs and managing enhancements to ensuring smooth project execution. Your role will focus on empowering teams, managing resources, and steering projects to success, all while building strong partnerships within the organization.

    What You’ll Do

    In this role, you’ll spearhead HR IT initiatives, ensuring they’re delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. You’ll also act as a bridge between business needs and project execution, making sure that every project achieves its goals. Key responsibilities include:

    • Defining clear project goals and creating actionable plans to achieve them.
    • Building and maintaining strong relationships between the project team and business stakeholders.
    • Managing timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure smooth project delivery.
    • Coordinating with cross-functional teams and third-party consultants.
    • Tracking progress using project management tools and proactively addressing potential risks.
    • Leading project meetings, fostering collaboration, and driving success across the team.

    Qualifications

    What You’ll Bring

    Your expertise and leadership will be instrumental in transforming HR processes through IT solutions. Key qualifications include:

    • A degree in Engineering, IT, Human Resources, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of proven project management experience, ideally in HR IT.
    • A natural ability to influence stakeholders and lead meetings.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills in English (written and spoken).
    • Strong project management abilities, with an eye for detail and the confidence to navigate challenges.
    • A solid understanding of HR functions and familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of Oracle products is a plus.
