Key Responsibilities

 

Global Program Management

  • Support the global administration and implementation of the Employee Stock Purchase Plan across multiple countries including, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and local requirements.
  • Lead country-level implementation in partnership with regional HR and payroll teams and global Employee Stock Purchase Plan leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax requirements and anti-discrimination regulations.
  • Coordinate with global Employee Stock Purchase Plan leader to ensure consistency, accuracy and standardization across all regions.

 Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Facilitate weekly and biweekly meetings with local payroll and Human Resource teams to define eligible earnings and deduction codes.
  • Partner with legal and Human Resource teams to refine eligibility criteria and ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with regional Human Resource leads to develop toolkits and educational materials for local implementation.

Data & Reporting

  • Leverage the global human Resource function and automated file feeds to streamline administrative tasks and ensure accurate, efficient data integration and automated data flows.
  • Maintain accurate records and support audit, compliance, and reporting requirements.

Communications Coordination

  • Distribute multilingual communications including program announcements, enrollment reminders, frequently asked questions, and tax guides. 
  • Provide guidance on country-specific messaging to ensure relevance and compliance.
  • Coordinate timings with local teams for Fidelity webinars and educational sessions.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across HR and management teams globally.

Meeting Leadership

  • Weekly Employee Stock Purchase Plan, planning Meetings
  • Country-specific payroll coordination sessions
  • Communications touchpoints with HR and internal comms teams

Experience Required

  • Experience in equity compensation, benefits administration, or payroll coordination.
  • 1-2 years of experience managing an Employee Stock Purchase Plan is preferred
  • Strong understanding of international payroll systems and legal compliance.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders across time zones.
