    Description

    The HR Project Manager will be responsible for project management across HR technology and operations, globally.   The role will require close collaboration with HR leaders and Corporate Functions to ensure meaningful, quantified improvements in the candidate and colleague user experience.  The job holder will need to ensure service levels and data quality are met and continuously improved.  The job holder will be a strong advocate of project management framework and methodology. 

    Responsibilities & Duties

    You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of any Human Resources IT project, which includes managing a team of employees to ensure projects are completed on time and within their specified budgets. 

    This may also include managing third-party consultants. Some duties include:

    • Setting project goals and coming up with plans to meet those goals 
    • Acting as liaison between the project team and the business, fostering trust and strong relationships 
    • Maintaining project timeframes, budgeting estimates, and status reports 
    • Managing resources for projects, such as computer equipment and employees 
    • Coordinating project team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilities 
    • Implementing strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget 
    • Using project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence
    • Conducting risk assessments for projects 
    • Organizing meetings to discuss project goals and progress

    Qualifications

    The Requirements

    • 5 years of experience
    • A proven track record of strong interpersonal and communication skills in English (spoken and written) with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across the globe 
    • Robust project management skills with an eye for detail and the confidence to challenge when projects are going off track 
    • A consistent approach to project management and experience working on global HR projects while leveraging project management tools 
    • Strong HR functional domain expertise (e.g. generalist, specialist, or operational)
    • Education Qualification: Graduate with Engineering, IT, or Human Resources specialization
    • Technical Skills: MS Projects, Powerpoint, Excel
