We take care of everything from insurance product development and procurement, insurance administration, claims administration, marketing, and training. All managed in our supportive IT platform. Customers range widely and consist of larger local and international associations, organizations, and companies.

    Qualifications

    The Role

    We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Implementation Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and delivering new customer insurance solutions and drive new customer implementations. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather and document technical and business requirements, develop and propose technical solutions, and oversee the implementation of new systems and processes. Your ability to understand and translate technical requirements into business solutions will be crucial to your success.

    At the end of the day, your goal is to help us grow our business and to improve our processes, thinking and capabilities.

    About you

    You have a background as an Implementation Manager, with a technical background. You understand and have experience with business interactions and issues in connection with the implementation of new IT solutions and supportive procedures.

    • You have a strong technical background with experience in IT architecture, software development, or systems engineering. You know how to build solutions. 
       
    • You can work independently, taking initiative, and managing client relationships effectively. You can have independent discussions with clients and are self-sufficient in your work.
       
    • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical and business challenges.
       
    • You are adept at creating detailed process descriptions and documentation.
       
    • You understand business needs and can align technical solutions accordingly.
       
    • Strong Swedish and English language skills both written and spoken 
       
    • Experience in Insurance is considered a plus, but not a must. Experience in a company with international or global outreach is preferred.
