• Brindar asesorías en siniestros de los programas de beneficios a los empleados del cliente.
• Realizar todos los trámites administrativos necesarios para la atención a los empleados de los clientes asignados, cumpliendo con los acuerdos de servicio acordados con el cliente (siniestros).
• Cargar la información de cada trámite en el sistema de seguimiento indicado por la compañía.
• Garantizar el registro de las solicitudes de los empleados del cliente (cartas pase, reembolsos, etc.) a través de las herramientas tecnológicas indicadas por la compañía cuidando la confidencialidad de la información.
• Apegarse al protocolo de escalamiento definido por la compañía para la resolución de problemas y quejas.
• Apoyar en la creación de la presentación de análisis de siniestralidad de cada uno de los clientes con la finalidad de mantenerlo informado del comportamiento de su póliza.
• Debe cumplir con todos los cursos mandatorios de acuerdo con su posición.
Los Requerimientos
• Amabilidad, buen trato, actitud de servicio y capacidad para tratar con diferentes tipos de empleados.
• Ser proactivo y buscar soluciones es indispensable, pues se enfrenta de manera constante a retos que exigen toma de decisiones rápidas y precisas.
• Manejo de Microsoft Office Intermedio (Excel, Power Point, Word).
• Manejo del idioma inglés (de acuerdo con necesidad del cliente).
• Disponibilidad para atender asuntos emergentes independientemente del horario en que se presenten.
• Tener tolerancia al trabajo bajo presión y la frustración.
• Manejo adecuado de quejas, controversias, y situaciones de presión, etc.
• Comunicación y escucha efectiva.
• Conocer conceptos básicos de programas de beneficios y su operación.
• Preferentemente experiencia de un año en las actividades mencionadas en esta sección.
