    The Opportunity

    We’re looking for a dynamic Investment Project Manager to lead key change and transformation initiatives within our Investment line of business.

    This role blends business analysis and project management—perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. You’ll work across regions and functions, aligning stakeholders and processes.

    What You’ll Do

    Lead Strategic Change

    • Support and shape strategic planning for the Investments function.
    • Identify, prioritize, and manage high-impact initiatives aligned with business goals.
    • Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure success.
    • Oversee project teams, track progress, and proactively address risks.
    • Report on project status and outcomes to senior leadership.

    Drive Business Analysis

    • Gather and analyze business requirements.
    • Develop business cases, process maps, and functional specs.
    • Identify gaps and recommend solutions for better business performance.
    • Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure alignment with strategic needs.

    Manage Projects with Precision

    • Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones.
    • Lead meetings, communicate clearly, and engage stakeholders.
    • Monitor project health and implement risk mitigation strategies.
    • Ensure timely, on-budget, and on-scope project delivery.

    Qualifications

    What You’ll Bring

    You are the person that we are looking for if you have:

    • A degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
    • 5–10 years of experience in project management and business analysis.
    • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.
    • Confidence working with diverse stakeholders and external partners.
    • Solid understanding of investment management (asset, wealth, or institutional).
    • Experience leading transformational projects and change initiatives.
    • A strategic mindset with a strong focus on results.
