This role aims to support project managers, project delivery intake governance, demand management, financial reporting, procurement, status reporting, and other project administrative activities. The role compensation/line manager will be the PM&G Portfolio Lead and the day to day reporting line will fall under the PMO Governance Manager; with a matrix reporting line to the local IT manager in Manila.
The Role
PMO Analyst is responsible in providing administrative support to project managers to successfully manage and deliver technology-related projects. An analyst is expected to facilitate project intake and demand management reviews, under the guidance of the project governance or steering committee.
Analyst will play an essential role in helping maintain and monitor the health of the projects, centralize project procurement, consolidate project status and financial reports, coordinate with other functions, and provide administrative support. The role will contribute to project excellence and continuous improvement.
Candidates should expect to support project managers based in other regions, able to work primarily during EMEA-shift and willing to adjust based on project demands, be able to communicate (in English) to different levels of stakeholders, adhere to processes and meticulous in document management.
