    Your role will involve leading or supporting sales and client delivery, contributing to the development of compensation structures, incentive plans, and governance practices for top leadership teams. You will work with passionate colleagues and leverage leading market data, analytics, and proprietary tools to provide cutting-edge solutions.


    You have demonstrated an ability to build deep, enduring relationships, design and articulate compelling executive compensation strategies, and architect solutions by drawing on your own expertise and collaborating with others. As part strategist, part sales leader, part solution architect, and part team orchestrator, this role focuses on helping clients enhance the effectiveness of their executive compensation and governance structures.


    The Role

    • Executive Compensation Design: Crafting executive pay programs, including base salary, short- and long-term incentives (LTI), and other benefits, aligned with market benchmarks and business strategies.
    • Board Advisory: Providing advice on governance practices, executive performance evaluation, pay-for-performance alignment, and compliance with regulatory frameworks.
    • Market Competitiveness: Using proprietary data and analytics to ensure executive pay is competitive and strategically aligned with business outcomes.
    • Collaborating with local leaders to define and shape go-to-market strategies, including market and competitor analysis, client targeting, account planning, and executing sales plans.
    • Mentoring and upskilling colleagues to support clients and contribute to the growth of the ECBA business, ensuring we remain a trusted advisor in executive compensation and governance.
    • Serving as the client lead on key projects related to executive compensation and governance.
    • Supporting others by sharing knowledge and best practices, while fostering a collaborative culture.
    • Achieving annual sales and productivity targets within the ECBA portfolio.
    • Leveraging sales tools to track the pipeline and working with local offices to close deals.
       

    Qualifications

    The Requirements

    • Ambitious individual with expertise in compensation, rewards, and incentive design, as well as experience in corporate finance and corporate governance
    • Solid understanding of businesses the drivers of organizational and shareholder value
    • Experience in strategic planning and delivering complex compensation and governance solutions is highly desirable
    • Strong knowledge of rewards, long-term incentive design, compensation benchmarking, and governance practices
    • Experience with financial metrics, performance measures, and regulatory requirements, and understanding how these influence executive pay
    • Knowledge of industry dynamics, stock market trends, and shareholder expectations
    • Proficient Microsoft Office skills, including Excel for financial modeling and PowerPoint for presentations
    • Capable of managing multiple complex projects with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Demonstrating initiative in identifying opportunities, driving business growth, and seeing projects through to meaningful results
    • Familiarity with tracking sales, client interactions, and project pipelines
    • Strong relationship-building skills with clients and colleagues across various business functions
    • Excellent stakeholder management, with strong report writing, presentation, and negotiation skills
    • Strong English language skill: both oral and written.
