Description
As a Management Consultant – Analyst, you will join a dynamic team where you will gain hands-on consulting experience working alongside industry professionals and leaders. This program is designed to accelerate your learning and development through exposure to real client projects, while building your skills in organizational and people advisory services.

The Role
- Support Senior Consultants and Directors to deliver innovative people and organization solutions across strategic areas such as organization design, workforce planning, total rewards, and career frameworks
- Assist in executing small project tasks and client deliverables, contributing to project success while learning project management fundamentals
- Participate in market research and proposal development to help the Advisory business grow and win new clients
- Collaborate effectively within a team, contributing ideas and learning from experienced colleagues in a supportive environment
- Develop your consulting skills through training, mentoring, and hands-on project experience
- Embrace the flexible hybrid work setting, balancing remote and office work to suit your productivity and lifestyle

Qualifications
The Requirements
- 0 to 2 years of professional experience, ideally in consulting, corporate environments, or related fields
- Previous internship experience(s) is a must.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; degrees in actuarial science, engineering, business, arts, or related fields are a plus
- Strong interest in organizational strategy, people management, and business consulting
- Analytical mindset with enthusiasm for problem-solving and learning new concepts
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate and present ideas effectively
- Self-motivated and eager to grow professionally in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Flexibility to adapt and thrive in a hybrid work culture
