Principal Duties / Responsibilities
Strategy
- Contribute to short‑ and long‑term BU strategy
- Develop client service and delivery strategy
Operations Management / Effectiveness
- Ensure delivery per SLAs
- Manage workflow, escalations, and resource planning
- Deliver operational programs and projects
- Drive improvements in risk, compliance, quality, productivity
- Build strong stakeholder relationships
- Identify stakeholder needs and propose solutions
- Ensure compliance with internal and external requirements
- Collaborate to enhance client satisfaction
- Review process risks and build controls
People Management / Development
- Develop succession plans
- Coach and develop line managers
- Partner with HR on recruitment, development, and retention
- Conduct performance reviews
- Build inclusive and diverse teams

Qualifications
- Any Graduate or Postgraduate
Knowledge / Experience
- Strong client service track record
- Experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Preferred experience in transitions / KT activities
- Broad operations exposure (Operations, IT, Compliance, Risk, etc.)
- Technology‑savvy; experience with automation (RPA/Non‑RPA), process design, transformation
- Strong critical thinking, analytical & strategic skills
- Leadership experience in managing teams and major initiatives
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative management skills
