    Description

    As a Senior Associate, you will provide project management for multiple Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity (MHPAEA) client projects, coordinating production of client deliverables to deliver high quality results for our clients. Work includes stakeholder and vendor management, you will be the day to day communication liaison for client service teams, the MHPAEA team, vendors and carriers.     The Role 

    Serve as the project manager and main liaison to the consultant and local Health & Benefit client service teams, including:

    • Deliver superior, consistent consulting, client management, and project management in support of projects
    • Serve as the day to day project manager, ensuring the progress of the team against established objectives, budget, timeline, deliverables and quality standards
    • Serve as primary, daily contact to the client service team and MHPAEA team on delivery of services
    • Develop a trusted advisor relationship through effective communication and efficient, quality execution of projects
    • Creating project plans
    • Monitoring progress to deadlines and budget
    • Scheduling and managing status calls for active engagements
    • Ensuring appropriate and effective communication among team members and the client
    • Preparing the first as well as final drafts of deliverables for review by the consultant
    • For group purchasing clients, provide daily support both directly to clients and in partnership with internal colleagues to resolve benefit related questions and issues; maintain and update materials related to client enrollment
    • Build strong relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams
    • Producing and reporting analyses based on client requirements
    • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy of all deliverables

    Qualifications


    The Requirements


    • 3-5 years project management experience required 

    • A background in Human Capital and/or knowledge of health and welfare programs (preferred) 

    • Prior experience working with US based consulting or health care firm (preferred)

    • Team oriented mindset and interpersonal skills 

    • Strong communication skills to be able to interact inwards and outwards; demonstrated written/verbal communication skills, collaboration and partnership 

    • Attention to detail 

    • Time management skills, flexibility and proven ability to diagnose and resolve issues 

    • Strong client service orientation and ability to respond to all communications effectively and in a timely manner 

    • Self-starter attitude and ability to work with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment

     

    Skills: 

    • Excellent communication skills along with strong writing and editing skills. 

    • Proficiency in English language 

    • Demonstrated proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point 

    • Strong critical thinking capabilities and the willingness to apply skills proactively 

    • Ability to manage multiple projects / assignments at the same time 

    • Possesses a desire to ask questions to deliver a better work product 

    • Interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with a wide range of positions within the organization

    Compensation and Benefits 

    Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation.

    Compensation 

    The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $82,000-$98,000 USD per year. 

    This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus
