    We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Portfolio Manager to provide Delivery Management across a portfolio of internal project and task requests. In this role, you will ensure alignment with organizational goals, manage prioritization, drive timely execution, and maintain strong stakeholder communication and satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities Include:

    Portfolio Management

    • Strategic Alignment: Ensure all projects and programs support the organization's strategic objectives.
    • Prioritization: Evaluate and prioritize initiatives based on impact and business value.
    • Performance Monitoring: Track portfolio performance, identify trends, and highlight areas for improvement.
    • Reporting: Deliver regular status reports and insights to key stakeholders.

    Delivery Oversight

    • Project & Program Management: Oversee delivery timelines, ensuring projects remain on schedule and within scope.
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison across teams to manage expectations and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Process Optimization: Recommend and implement improvements to increase efficiency in project and portfolio delivery.

    Leadership & Collaboration

    • Request Management: Serve as the gatekeeper for incoming work (e.g., collect and organize weekly Pitch Meeting requests for Marketing); vet all submissions for alignment with strategic priorities and value.
    • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to drive execution and resolve delivery challenges.
    • Problem Solving: Address roadblocks such as prioritization conflicts, incomplete requirements, or unclear value, ensuring smooth project progression.

    Qualifications

    What You Need To Be successful:

    • 3+ years of relevant business experience
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently present to large groups
    • Proficiency in Smartsheet, Excel, PowerPoint, and JIRA
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
    • Ability to perform under pressure and manage competing deadlines
    • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams of varied skill sets
    • Proven ability to assess process inefficiencies and implement effective improvements
    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field (preferred)
