    Description

    The Role

    Core software team role as product manager and business analyst.  Works with Single Auth team developers, testers/quality assurance analysts and importantly the business stakeholders globally in creating epics and user stories. Refines in reviews and clarifies same and documents flows and work for clear understanding by all. 

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 

    1. Project management. Organizes and facilitates sprint planning (bi-weekly), refinement (preparation and weekly) and daily standup meetings.
    2. Assures story acceptance and UAT.  Release notes. 
    3. Works with program manager and the team day-to-day and in product Governance (TBD). 

    ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    1. Works with program manager and the team on Support of the Single Auth platform such as reviewing tickets assigned to product and incident management – outages or issues.
    2. Bi-monthly Support training (TBD) of downstream app support teams.

    The exact allocation of responsibilities can be sorted out by the product manager, team and program manager. 

    Qualifications

    The Requirements

    • Ability to learn and relate the requirements and mockups to developers collaboratively.  Improve and revise them in review and in-step with change
    • Strong communication skills
    • Hands-on approach, some ability to chart flows or do simple mockups.  Nice to have is basic process and tech experience related to Sign In, Sign Up user registration for user authentication
    • Test the requirements, improve them. Reviews team test plans and results for internal sign off, working closely with testers and software developers
    • Knowledge of WTW Business Segments and LOBs or ability to quickly learn them
    • Familiarity with SDLC, scrum process and requirements gathering, definition and elaboration to detail in writing for example, use-cases or storyboard fashion 
    • A passion for simplicity, usability and product/team support in general and to improve the product
