About the Team

The Outsourcing Global Business business delivers high quality pension administration services and solutions to clients in GB, Ireland, Germany, and Asia. We provide fully outsourced pension administration services or co-sourced services, where we supply our software for a client to administer their scheme in-house. Outsourcing  Global Business is currently the largest provider of pension administration services to the top 200 private sector funds including several high street banks. 


The Role

Governance and Control 

  • Collates status reports and high-quality reporting materials to support governance meetings and ensure they reflect the reality of the delivery

  • Manages project estimates and the tracking of actuals and estimates to complete against them, milestone tracking and change control

  • Manages & tracks project progress and reports on variance to plan 

  • May support Jira administration / dashboards from time to time

  • Responsible for logistics for meetings, preparation, agenda, papers, minutes.

  • Provides analytical support and completes ad hoc requests as required.

 

Best Practice

  • Actively manage dependencies across projects and programs 

  • Provide high quality, timely, accurate materials at all times to all stakeholders 

  • Communicates with all stakeholders to ensure that all central team deadlines are met. 

  • Coordinates and shares best practices with other PMO (Project Management Office)  roles as needed to drive efficiency 

  • Ensures that Lessons Learnt sessions are undertaken and ensures all outputs are logged and tracked via a central log 

  • Ensures that benefit realizations from all deliveries are recorded centrally   

  • Ensures adherence to all project policies and standards, as set by the PMO (Project Management Office)  Operations Lead 

  • Supports financial controls, planning and reporting for monthly submissions 

 

Departmental Control 

  • Works with the functional leaders to define Outsourcing specific practice framework for the PMO (Project Management Office)  function 

  • Provides regular updates to the leadership team 

  • Able to support facilitation of workshops from time to time 

 

Business Engagement 

  • Provides accurate consistent reporting across, projects and programs

  • Manages communication with Stakeholders to ensure that progress is clear, and where priorities on Features to be delivered are required, the impact is accurately represented

  • Supports the management of project and program Steering Committees

Dashboard Development & Reporting 

  • Design and develop Power BI (Business Intelligence) dashboards for program reporting, KPI (Key Performance Indicator) tracking, resource planning, and senior leadership visibility. 

  • Consolidate data from multiple sources to create a single version of the truth. 

  • Ensure dashboards are user‑friendly, dynamic, accurate, and aligned with governance requirements.

 

Data quality & Continuous Improvement 

  • Ensure data integrity, completeness, and consistency across reports. 

  • Recommend enhancements to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency. 

  • Automate repeatable reporting processes to reduce manual effort.

 

The Requirement

Knowledge 

  • Experienced and knowledgeable of the PMO (Project Management Office) function.

  • Business knowledge to understand the relevant business objectives and issues.

  • Experienced of providing PMO (Project Management Office) support within a software delivery environment. 

 

Skills

  • Literate with Jira and able to manage dashboards. 

  • Ability to draw conclusions from data in a logical, systematic way. 

  • Highly collaborative and able to pull information from others with minimal impact / oversight. 

  • Good prioritization skills.

  • Strong analysis and critical thinking skills. 

  • Comfortable owning discrete deliverables. 

  • Experience working with onshore and offshore teams. 

  • Very dynamic and able to work in a changing environment. 

  • Understanding of the waterfall and agile methodologies.

  • Uses Microsoft Project / Excel and PowerPoint to a high standard.

  • Good knowledge of the software development lifecycle, agile methodologies and how to apply these.

  • Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines. 

  • Ability to perform under pressure.

 

 Power BI & Analytics Skills

  • Advanced Power BI(Business Intelligence) skills: data modelling, DAX (Data Analysis Expressions), measures, report building.

  • Ability to design interactive dashboards and compelling visuals.

  • Strong Excel capability advanced formulas, pivoting, data manipulation).

  • Understanding of data quality, transformation, and integration principles.

 

People Skills 

  • Ability to build strong working relationships, with IT(Information Technology) and business managers 

  • Ability to influence, network and collaborate with stakeholders 

  • Negotiation and persuasion skills 

  • Excellent and effective communication 

Qualifications

 LLB degree is mandatory.
