    Description

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
    • Drive cross-functional collaboration, working closely with internal teams, project stakeholders, and business leaders to align project goals with business objectives
    • Establish and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication and effective expectation management
    • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively develop mitigation strategies, to accurately reflect project scope, deliverables, and timeline
    • Ensure adherence to project management best practices, including change management, risk management, and quality assurance
    • Provide mentorship and leadership to team members, fostering a high-performance culture
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including Project Charter, Project Plan, Risk Management Plan, Communication Plan, Status Reports, Issue & Risk Logs, UAT Planning, and other deliverables
    • Follow standards for change order documentation, sign-off and storage.
    • Follow standards for UAT documentation and management.
    • Manage quality of ongoing service delivery and measures to proactively manage client-level impact
    • Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
       

    Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 7+ years’ experience in projects, with strong focus on technology-driven projects. Experience on projects involving the application of technology to solve human resource needs such as: administration, HR self-service (IVR, web, etc.), HR systems integration, HR shared services or HRIS/payroll preferred. 
    • Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, or related field preferred
    • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage at all levels form technical teams to senior leadership
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset
    • Proficiency in project management methodologies
    • Experience with Project Management Tools 
    • Strong organizational abilities and flexibility to work and thrive in a dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities effectively
