    Description

     The RDI Business Development Leader Central/South Eastern Europe/Senior seller is responsible for the acquisition of new clients within a defined territory. The role holder will work closely with client success managers and marketing to drive interest in RDI products and services into complex multi-national organizations, identify potential buyers, use compelling content and messaging to attract propsects and convert them into clients. The role will be responsible for developing a strong territory sales pipeline, moving prospects through the sale stages and winning new business.  The job holder will help more junior colleauges in building their business development and sales skills. This position requires strong product sales experience, self-motivation. An understanding of how Rewards Data Intelligence influences compensation planning.                                                                     

    Responsabilities: 

    Territory Sales

    • Plans and executes a Multi-National DPP Agreement sales typically within region of operation, focusing on “value” selling. Specialist in the application of the Multi-National DPP Agreement or large domestic TMO sales process
    • Typically collaborates with a team of industry experts / Client Success Managers to surface, develop and prioritize opportunities
    • Engage with prospective clients to promote and sell a portfolio of RDI products and/or services and solutions
    • Identification and pursuit of new logo sales opportunities for a defined target market
    • Pursue and develop relationships with affiliate groups to secure WTW as their preferred survey partner 
    • Responsible to achieve set sales growth targets in close collaboration with client facing colleagues from the region CEE/SEE
    • Responsible to achieve the yearly individual revenue targets

    Pipeline Management

    • Create, monitor and revise lead generation plans for the defined territory in close collaboration with client facing colleagues in the region to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipeline
    • Provide regular updates and market feedback to the RDI CEEMEA Practice Leader on pipeline health

    Team Management

    • Acts as people manager for one dedicated team member
    • Acts as Team Leader for all client facing RDI colleagues in the region CEE/SEE to drive sales mindset and support in delivering sales pitches

    Qualifications

    Requirements: 

    • Proven new business generation experience in a competitive product environment
    • Strong interpersonal, negotiating and organizational skills
    • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
    • Excellent listener – able to probe, understand the issues, and respond with correct solutions
    • Cultural awareness to support international sales 
    • Demonstrated ability to perform in a team environment
