In this role, you will generate revenue by winning new business in line with the Real Estate Practice’s sales strategy for the residential sector. Achievement is measured though developing a robust pipeline and closing new business to meet both individual and team targets.
The Role
• Establish pipeline of prospects and develop strategic approach as well as associated short-term impact wins
• Pipeline management and sales cycle implementation to allocate best resources
• Drive sales initiatives for the residential niche
• Support delivery of consistent start-to-finish client experience ensuring best practice and knowledge sharing
• Engage with marketing to drive and support consistent marketing approach – materials, thought leadership, conferences, events etc.
• Foster a trusted advisor relationship with key prospects.
• Drive innovation and excellent client experiences by connecting WTW expertise across LOBs, specialty, geography, product and industry.
• Support the development of new products specific to specialized area of expertise
The Requirements
• Extensive knowledge of the residential real estate sector
• Strong skills in problem solving, planning and budgeting
• High levels of business and financial acumen with an understanding of company strategy and change management
• Proven track record of delivering new business against challenging sales targets
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence within a matrix environment
• Strong facilitation skills – able to use inclusive and collaborative styles to manage ambiguity and gain agreement
• Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills
• Ability to act as an ambassador for the Company
• Experience of working with and adhering to processes and systems that support client service delivery
