As a Rewards Data and Intelligence (RDI) Account Manager, you will contribute to the growth and profitability of the team, by managing existing client relationships, developing new relationships, working on rewards-based projects and collaborating with consultants in other teams. You will be selling products which include rewards data compensation management software. You will be partnering with clients to work on broader rewards related projects.
The Team
The Work & Rewards Business in WTW consists of three practices: Rewards Data and Intelligence (RDI), Executive Compensation & Board Advisory (ECBA) and Work, Rewards & Careers (WRC). RDI helps companies build a competitive compensation plan by conducting annual global industry sector surveys. ECBA is focused on the way in which companies can achieve their strategic objectives through their executives. The WRC practice is dedicated to effectively design, deliver and execute employee reward strategies and programs that lead to a significant business value for our clients.
The WTW Rewards Data Intelligence Practice provides insight and advice to a large and diversified portfolio of clients that are headquartered mainly in Belgium, the Netherlands, Switzerland and the Nordic countries (we are organized as a multinational cluster). In addition, we partner with colleagues across the world daily to support our global and multinational clients. The Role
The purpose of the role is to support our Rewards Data Intelligence Practice covering areas such as sales, marketing, client management, client survey support and compensation data analytics. The role will be assisting the growth and profitability of the unit by:
1. Managing and supporting clients through the participation process.
2. Managing and expanding prospects and existing client relationships.
3. Assisting in various aspects of the survey operations and marketing.
4. Delivering rewards-based project work such as salary structure development, compensation and benefits reviews and pay assessments.
Responsibilities will include:
• Supporting new and existing clients with compensation survey participation and an optimal overall experience.
• Growing database participation and data robustness by maintaining close relationships with clients and networks, and supporting industry product leaders
• Selling industry and country focused compensation/benchmark reports or other insights available in our portfolio. Ensuring effective contracting
• Building and maintaining client relationships, ensuring expectations are consistently met.
• Conducting and supporting client presentations and events
• Providing clients with pay assessment of roles.
• Supporting the generation of new business as part of the broader team and ensuring effective contracting
• Supporting compensation survey marketing, sales, and prospecting activities
• Providing project support to senior colleagues by researching, analyzing data, drafting reports and attending meetings.
The Requirements
• Good client relationship management skills with a dedication to quality and customer service
• Demonstrate natural ease and effectiveness when dealing with clients/colleagues at various levels of seniority.
• First-hand experience in compensation data management and/or survey operations is an advantage.
• To be self-sufficient and manage own workload, asking for support as needed. Independently handling routine client queries
• To be a good team player and support WTW’s ambition to be a safe, fair and inclusive place to work
• Good organizational skills; planning and organizing work efficiently, managing multiple priorities.
• Experience in data management (gained through the management of an HR system or pay review processes or similar) or experience through survey or compensation consulting.
• Being numerate with good data analysis and interpretation skills
• Good practical experience with MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Bachelor Degree in a numerate discipline or equivalent experience
• Fluent in English, Swedish is a plus. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
