Responsibilities
• Deploy the entire sales process from approaching until securing clients to ensure the achievement of sales target
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects and clients including research, initiation of contact, meetings, responding to RFPs, new business presentations, and accurately maintaining systems (dynamic CRM, GSWin..) in order to create and convert sales opportunities
• Respond quickly and accurately to new business introductions
• Work with the account team in determining appropriate solutions and structuring and pricing the deal
• Negotiation with insurers to get the best offers
• Prepare presentation file and verify all contractual documents prior to binding the contract with clients
• Join the team for bidding for projects assigned and implementation of contract when appointed
• Be member of the Benefit advisory team for projects delivery when needed.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of relevant products and services offered by the company
• Work closely with clients, insurers, Client Relationship Manager and overseas network to resolve issues specific to the area of focus and identify opportunities for increasing the value of the service to the client(s)
• Support in Public Relations activities such as attending events, fairs, seminars etc…to source potential clients
• Coordinate with Claim Department to follow-up and update claim settlement to clients
• Proactively participate in complex claim handling cases
• Support Accounting Department in premium collection
• Ensure ongoing compliance with Willis Towers Watson guidelines and procedures
• Other tasks assigned by the Company
The Requirements
• University degree
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• At least 03 years working experience in business development with insurers or B2B business
• In depth understanding of insurance concepts and consulting processing
• Strong customer management and selling skills
• Client-oriented, innovative and quick-learning
• Good problem solving, time-management & negotiation skills
• Able to work under high pressure
• Initiative and critical sense ownership
• Proactive and autonomous
• Excellent English and Vietnamese in both writing and speaking skills
