    Description

    The Sales Vice President will drive sales opportunities across a variety of industries for Corporate Risk and Broking (CRB) and will be responsible for driving revenue growth across the business with a critical component of the role being client engagement.

    The Sales Vice President will drive sales opportunities across a variety of industries for Corporate Risk and Broking (CRB) and will be responsible for driving revenue growth across the business with a critical component of the role being client engagement.

    The Role

    • Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships (including multi-market) and introduce new clients to the company
    • Provide subject matter expertise and guidance in building market presence
    • Build and manage pipelines including utilisation of D365 in a most frequent manner; oversee the co-ordination of bid strategies and RFPs
    • Ensure an appropriate resource model for each client that effectively leverages the team, utilises other client value resources available and delivers on client engagements balancing both cost efficiency and client satisfaction
    • Ensure regular and accurate forecast updates, track revenue and oversee effective cost management
    • Collaborate with the Lines of Business leaders, Placement Specialists/Brokers, and Client Management Function resources to develop and implement strategies for profitable revenue growth
    • Ensure the delivery of high-quality work to meet client needs
    • Manage client satisfaction as measured by Client First interviews and Net Promoter Scores (as and when required by the company)
    • Develop appropriate relationships in the market and understand our competitor situation 
    • Contribute to the development, commercialisation, and dissemination of intellectual capital through new ideas, research, and innovative client work

    Qualifications

    The Requirements

    • Demonstrated track record of success in winning and retaining large (for mid-market) or strategically important clients, preferably within the insurance broking/underwriting industry
    • Understanding of CRM tools especially Microsoft Dynamics and the ability to effectively utilize tools to monitor performance and effectiveness of lead generation
    • Strong sales, analytical and presentation skills
    • Experience working within a sales environment with proven results
    • Ability to influence key stakeholders (internal and external) via formal and informal channels
    • Ability to effectively engage and collaborate with diverse teams
    • Must be organized and detail oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
    • Preferably holds CIIB (Certified Indonesian Insurance Broker) from APPARINDO or equivalent with a minimum of five years working experience in a similar role and industry
    • Holds all regulatory licenses, permissions and technical or other requirements applicable under local legislation
