    Description

    Our Health and Benefits business helps large and mid-size clients control health and welfare plan costs, improve health outcomes and promote employee engagement through broad-based, state-of-the-art interventions. We provide solutions encompassing creative plan design, vendor evaluation and management, pricing and funding strategies, data analytics, valuation support, compliance and governance strategies.


    The Role
    Reporting directly to the Head of Flex Department, you will have a key role in this growing team delivering and consulting on our new flex benefits technology. As a Senior Health & Benefits Associate you will be interacting directly with prospects and clients, establishing relationships at all levels of the prospect/client organisation.

    You will be at the forefront of managing projects for large, complex clients. You'll leverage your experience as a benefits expert to make recommendations on flexible benefit plan design and strategy.

    Responsibilities:

    • Actively design and implement flexible benefit programmes
    • Serve as a lead flex strategist/subject matter expert
    • Accountability for growing Health and Benefits revenue
    • Cross-sell new projects and services to current HB clients;  maximize the penetration of key accounts
    • Work with existing sales and Client Relationship Management teams to identify, develop and close new clients of the company, also delivering sales materials and proposals
    • Deliver high levels of client service in line with standard operating procedures
    • Establish a trusted advisor role with clients and provide consistent, superior relationship management

     

    Qualifications

    Requirements

    • Strong Consultancy and Benefits experience and ability to drive growth - Flexible Benefits is preferable
    • Experience in generating revenue
    • Ability to develop and grow strong relationships quickly and maximize resources effectively to achieve goals
    • Influence and collaborate across all levels of an organization
    • Knowledge of health and life insurance market
    • Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Extremely organized with strong time management skills
    • Knowledge of English (written and spoken)
    • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
