WTW is looking for a senior leader with Commercial Specialty Lines pricing and underwriting experience in the U.S. market. You will build and lead our Specialty Lines North American (NA) team as a Property & Casualty (P&C) Director/Senior Director in our Insurance Consulting and Technology (ICT) practice. In this role, you will work beside some of the market’s top thought leaders in designing, selling and implementing cutting-edge consulting and technology solutions to solve pricing and underwriting challenges faced by the world’s leading specialty insurers, such as:

Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $250,000- $330,000 USD per year. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
