El Rol

Definir y ejecutar la estrategia anual de BPO Solutions.
Gestionar presupuesto, pricing, forecast y margen de rentabilidad.
Liderar al equipo y fomentar el desarrollo profesional.
Impulsar la innovación y el crecimiento del portafolio de servicios.
Supervisar el cumplimiento de KPIs operativos y comerciales.
Representar a la unidad frente a clientes estratégicos.

Qualifications

Los Requerimientos

Profesional del área salud, ingeniería o administración con experiencia en beneficios y gestión de servicios.
+8 años de experiencia, incluyendo liderazgo de equipos y gestión financiera.
Conocimiento avanzado de beneficios corporativos, procesos de recursos humanos, metodologías agiles, manejo de proyectos.
Capacidad analítica y visión de negocio.
Gestión de equipos de alto desempeño.
Influencia y comunicación efectiva.
