    Description

    Role:

    • Act as liaison between Service Hub product team and project teams
    • Get involved in all project meetings concerning Service Hub touchpoints 
    • Gather requirements in the form of Questionnaire for the Service Hub application setup and maintenance.
    • Connect with business POCs to understand the requirements relating to Service Hub and brainstorm on best possible configuration options
    • Setup the initial configurations in Service Hub admin section in lower environments and support on any queries during the setup and UAT phase 
    • Providing Proof of Concepts during requirement analysis to confirm fit for system
    • Document product configurations
    • First contact point for queries from regional counterparts, escalating issues where necessary
    • Support regional administrators in the configuration of products, providing advice, guidance and training 
    • Train new users and provide ongoing training to existing users
    • Work closely with Service hub Product team to ensure technical feasibility of new requirements 
    • Understand overall architecture and design of the project, especially Service Hub touch points
    • Suggest where and how Service Hub can fit in, how systems can integrate with Service Hub
    • Understand all Service Hub APIs (in terms of input and output, mechanism to call the API etc) to know best way to integrate
    • Be able to write simple SQL queries to read the Service Hub database.
    • Clarify misconceptions and re-iterate facts about how the product is designed
    • Offer technical solutions after discussion with the product teams.
    • Once a solution is finalized, create user story complete with utmost clarity of all acceptance criteria for the product team.
    • If a new functionality is being built in Service Hub by the product team, clearly communicate timelines after discussion with the product team, back to the project team to set the right expectations.
    • Duly follow up and close open threads
    • Document minutes of meetings especially where important decision points are made.

     

    Working with the Implementation Business Analysts and Project Managers on the design, planning and implementation of projects.  In particular to:

    • Identify and evaluate business improvement opportunities
    • challenge and identify process improvements
    • develop support and eLearning materials
    • provide support and guidance through User Acceptance Testing, creation of test scripts, analyse and prioritisation of defects 
    • Gather information for creating features/PBIs based on the enhancements identified in analysis, providing support in building solutions and convey those timely to the product team
    • Support demonstrations of new system functionality 
    • Help ensure projects are delivered within the agreed time, cost and quality parameters
    • Maintain appropriate audit trails and records of projects
    • the management and mitigation of risks and issues during projects
