Performance Objectives:
Financial• Leads marketing and account management activities to meet business development and revenue targets
• Develops and executes industry research and business development plans by identifying key target industries, groups, associations, etc.
• Work closely with others to assist them in implementing business plans that achieve profit and revenue goals through both sales and consulting activities
• Assess the marketplace for client opportunities, then nurture qualified leads into profitable new business wins• Personally lead marketing and sales efforts for the Rewards practice in alignment with regional and company practices and initiatives
• Actively represent Willis Towers Watson in the marketplace through varied public Relations initiatives that build a strong brand image for our consulting business and support thought leadership Excellence
• Manages large and medium-sized projects paying strict adherence to strong project management and meeting client requirements
• Understand key areas of work across job evaluation, executive compensation, rewards survey offerings etc. and deliver high-quality work independently and/or with others in the team.
• Focus on quality through checking/reviewing work done by others.
People & Clients
• Collaborate with others by conveying ideas, issues and information in a fluent and logical manner and providing constructive peer feedback
• Mentor junior members of the team in areas of client management, business development and delivery of projects.
• Develop competencies in rewards areas to support broad scope of projects.
• Support others on projects/bids to formulate unique approaches to solve their business problems.
• Build positive relationships with clients/ prospects through work interactions.
At least 7 years of relevant experience
• Master’s degree in business management or human resources
• Demonstrated ability in selling and delivering across most areas of Rewards i.e. Data, Rewards Design, Executive Compensation and Job Evaluation
• Demonstrated ability in developing and participating in business presentations
• Demonstrated capacity to propose and win profitable new business
• Demonstrated ability to build strong client and associate working relationships
• Able to produce high quality written work, such as business reports or proposals
• Able to convey ideas in coherent, fluent and logical manner
• Leading projects across Rewards and also contributing to projects across Talent Management, Retirement Consulting etc.
• Understanding Compensation and Benefits, Project management, Client management and Sales / Bend for sales• Proven project management skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team of high performing consulting professionals• Self-driven achiever with a value for tea
