    Description

    • Manages large and/ or several medium-sized projects paying strict adherence to strong project management and meeting client requirements.
    • Focus on quality through checking/reviewing work done by others.
    • Assess the marketplace for client opportunities, then nurture qualified leads into profitable new business wins.
    •  Personally lead marketing and sales efforts for the Work and Rewards practice in alignment with regional and company practices and initiatives.
    • Collaborate with others by conveying ideas, issues and information in a fluent and logical manner and providing constructive peer feedback
    • Develop competencies in rewards areas to support broad scope of project.
    • Support others on projects/bids to formulate unique approaches to solve their business problems.
    • Build positive relationships with clients/ prospects through work interactions 
       

    Qualifications

    • 3-4 years of relevant experience
    • Bachelors/Master’s degree in business, human resources or analytical subject
    • Strong working knowledge of the following PC-based software applications for analysis and reporting: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
    • Require the incumbent to sell and deliver projects on Rewards i.e. Data, Rewards Design, LTI,STI
    • Capability to develop and participate in business presentations
    • Able to produce high quality written work, such as business reports or proposals
    • Able to convey ideas in coherent, fluent and logical manner
    • Leading projects across Rewards and also contributing to projects across TMOA, EI and WAP
    • Understanding Compensation and Benefits, Project management, Client management and Sales
    • Bend for sales.
    • Demonstrated capacity to propose and win profitable new business
    • Demonstrated ability to build strong client and associate working relationships
    • Proven project management skills
    • Proven ability to lead and develop a team of high performing consulting professionals.
    • Self-driven achiever with a value for teamwork, collaboration, decisiveness, integrity in all that is done.
