Sr. Manager / AVP-Analytics

The team member will be part of the Analytics team in Health & Benefits (Employee Benefit) Business.

• Should be competent in Descriptive analytics provide insight into what happened in the past, such as price and coverage benchmarking 
• The candidate should be able to use advanced analytics that leverage data inputs and outputs to predict what will happen in the future (predictive analytics)
• Should be able to show how actions change an outcome (prescriptive analytics)
• Should be able to comprehend client’s needs and provide comprehensive insights and recommendations based on data and market info
• To support servicing / sales with preparation of Benchmark & recommendations, Cost Simulations, Claims utilization reports for WTW clients and prospects
• To support in preparation of ad-hoc decks for clients, prospects or for the business
• Train and monitor team members 

• To manage and store historical data of clients in structured manner

• To build predictive models using advanced data analytics - forming hypothesis, testing hypothesis, correlation and regression analysis.

• To implement visualization tools for building interactive reports 

• To extract effective analytics reports by integrating Statistical computing programming languages like R/Python with visualization tools.

• Graduate with minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in data analytics preferably from broking industry
• Excellent knowledge of the group insurance products in Employee benefits
• Creative and Analytical Thinking
• Statistical background with strong analytical and creating thinking. 
• Strong and Effective Communication
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, MS access
• SQL Databases
• Database Querying Languages
• Data Mining, Cleaning
• Exploratory data analysis (EDA) – Hypothesis testing/Regression analysis / Correlations etc.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel
• Visualization tools usage like Power BI/ Tableau 
• Statistical computing programming languages like R/Python
