    Description

Specialising in insurance and risk management, FINEX operates across 40+ countries, supporting 21,000+ corporate and private clients. This opportunity sits within our Executive Risk team, focusing on key policy classes such as D&O/Management Liability, Employment Practices Liability, Cyber, Professional Indemnity, and more, helping organisations navigate complex risks.

    To set you up for success, this role requires four days in the office during probation for training, reducing to a minimum of three thereafter, or as the business requires.

    You will support senior brokers while managing a portfolio of clients, receiving expert guidance in a collaborative and supportive environment. Key responsibilities include client servicing, insurance market management and negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration with other teams.     The Role

    Ensure that the client’s risk management and insurance broking programs are administered to deliver high-quality services, including:

    • Assist the team with various administrative and operational tasks.
    • Be responsible for and manage a portfolio of clients.
    • Provide comprehensive support to senior brokers in managing client accounts and policy placements, including mid-year adjustments and addressing client coverage concerns.
    • Assist in reviewing each client’s risk management and insurance objectives to ensure high-quality service delivery.
    • Develop effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and insurers to maintain client retention and support new business opportunities.
    • Understand the various business units and capabilities within WTW, bringing this collective experience and expertise to clients when opportunities and/or needs arise.
    • Promote the WTW brand within the insurance industry and among clients, prospects, and other professional networks.
    • Prepare client documentation, ensuring accuracy before distribution to clients and insurers.
    • Attend and present at market and client meetings, as required (working towards this goal).
    • Ensure all documentation is prepared in accordance with company service and compliance procedures and tools.
    • Ensure the timely and accurate production and processing of quotes, reports, invoices, premium adjustments, and calculations, meeting and exceeding set KPIs.
    • Proactively keep senior brokers informed on the status of tasks, ensuring they are always up to date.

    Qualifications

    The Requirements

    • Willingness to work towards your Tier 1 Insurance qualifications
    • Exposure to insurance broking and/or legal industry preferred, but not essential
    • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, both individually and in group settings
    • Proficiency in Word and Excel, with working knowledge of PowerPoint
    •  customer-focused approach, with a strong commitment to understanding and meeting client needs
    • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while keeping all stakeholders informed and maintaining a proactive approach in a dynamic environment.
    • Exhibit professionalism and reliability, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team or work independently when necessary.
    • Ensure client documentation is accurate, fully compliant, and submitted within set timelines.
    • Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and insurance products
    • This is a client-facing role that requires attendance in the office and participation in client meetings with senior brokers as needed.
    • Ability to retain and apply key information to streamline workflows and enhance client outcomes.
    • Creative problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions for challenges in account management and client servicing.
