    The role
    We are seeking a skilled Actuarial Consultant with 4-5 years of experience in actuarial functions, specifically within the pension domain. You’ll be joining a high-performing, cross-functional team, primarily based in Stockholm, Sweden. In this role, you will manage a range of responsibilities, including leading client accounts, coordinating multi-disciplinary projects, and delivering critical actuarial insights that support our clients’ strategic goals.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Client account management: Take full ownership of specific client accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and addressing client needs proactively.
    • Project coordination: Lead and coordinate projects involving multiple stakeholders across various regions, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
    • Collaborative actuarial analysis:  Conduct in-depth actuarial analysis within the pension area, generating insights and recommendations that contribute to our clients' success.
    • International collaboration: Work closely with colleagues from different offices and leverage our international expertise to add value to our clients’ pension strategies.
    • Communication: Utilize excellent English skills, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues across borders.

    Qualifications

    About you

    • Experience: 4-5 years in actuarial roles, with a focus on pension or related sectors.
    • Analytical excellence: Strong analytical abilities and an aptitude for problem-solving in a collaborative setting.
    • Project management: Proven experience in coordinating and managing projects, ideally with some formal project management skills or certification.
    • Coordination skills: Ability to manage and synchronize activities across teams, departments, and geographical locations.
    • Language proficiency: Fluent in English, with the ability to work and communicate professionally in an international environment.
    • Collaborative mindset: A team player who thrives in a cooperative, multicultural setting and can build effective relationships across borders.
