    Description

    The Role

    Part of your responsibilities are as follows:

    • Communicate with leaders at a global, regional or local level;

    • Manage internal and external meetings and events;

    • Prepare communications, reports, presentations and spreadsheets when necessary for the business;

    • Act as a point of contact between executives, employees, clients and other external partners;

    • Manage the flow of sensitive and non-sensitive information in an open, timely and correct manner;

    • Be the first point of contact and liaison between the Director and his clients, third parties, suppliers and other employees, interacting with them in a professional and effective manner;

    • Demonstrate proficient writing, and oral presentation skills in presentations about the business, countries and managers of different profiles;

    • Be responsible for collecting control information from Latin American countries;

    • Provide periodic reports informing updates of specific projects;

    • Management of Business Cases, leveraging business results and presentation of the Business;

    • Creation, development, and automation of dashboards for LATAM management;

    • Working in a multifunctional team with an agile culture, improvements in workflows to increase team performance and optimize processes, in addition to presentation and training of processes and tools in the area.

    • In addition to performing the responsibilities of the position, be willing to learn and develop business strategies.

    Qualifications

    The Requirements:

     

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, business, administration, accounting, marketing, economics, statistics and computer science and information sciences or related fields.

    • Excellent ability to communicate effectively with a strong focus on customer service. Good oral and written communication skills.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

    • Proficiency in Spanish and English language. Desirable Brazilian Portuguese.

    • Experience in process and project management.

    •  Analytical and conflict resolution skills.

    • Previous experience in data analysis and modeling to obtain results, supporting management levels and working with business and financial indicators.
