    Description

    The role is for an Account Executive in Health & Benefits practice. You will be an integral part of a team that will support and administer Health and Benefit administration solution with coordination with our Global Delivery Center (GDC), in a quality and efficient manner to our clients around Asia. It is an exciting opportunity to join a new team, and a new proposition, which will help our clients to administer their health and benefit solutions.

    The Role: 
     

    • Support Account Managers on managing clients’ brokerage needs
    • Act as middle office between Account Managers and GDC
    • Understand the requirements from Account Managers and coordinate with GDC to ensure smooth delivery of services to clients
    • Lead placement activities as per instruction from Account Managers and direct GDC to complete administrative tasks
    • Review placement deliverables from GDC and further complete on reporting and deliverables, such as cost summary, T&C comparison and renewal reports for Account Managers to deliver to clients
    • Provide timely responses to client inquiries, consistent with service and quality standards.
    • Provide new and existing clients with best possible service in relation to support and administration of health and benefit solution, with potential coordination with GDC
    • Plan and organize work so that client specific Service Level Agreement objectives are met.
    • For experienced Account Executives, manage SME client accounts end to end

    Qualifications

    The Requirements

    •    Bachelor’s degree 
    •    Relevant experience in Employee Benefits domain area is preferred, but not required.
    •    Ability to build rapport and respond confidently to customer queries.
    •    Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin) 
    •    Ability to coordinate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders 
    •    Ability to multi-task, and be mindful of deadlines.
    •    Self-motivated and ability to remain focused on clients.
    •    Committed to quality and continuous improvement.
    •    Strong MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills is highly preferred
