    The Role

    Being a member of the HK CST team, the role will be responsible for but not limited to followings:

    Services Delivery

    • Meeting clients’ insurance requirements
    • Negotiations on contractual terms
    • Handling of claims
    • Managing offshore team to deliver the precise policy documentation
    • Resolving accounting matters with clients and insurers when and where Mumbai team needs help from local team.
    •  

    Clients Relationship

    • Understanding prospect’s / clients’ business and their risk management and insurance needs
    • Solution advisory
    • Business development

     

    Qualifications

    .The Requirements:

    • Understanding and familiar with the insurance industry
    • Strong skill set in delivering a high level of client service
    • Skilled at building effective relationships, at all levels, with clients, prospects, associates, insurers and external specialists
    • Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
    • Self-motivated, hard work, persistent, independent, willing to learn and result-oriented
    • Go the “extra mile” to achieve given target
    • Build productive trust relationships with customers
    • Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
