    The Opportunity

    The Compliance Administrative Assistant role is focused on ensuring the accuracy and completeness of documentation related to placement and renewal processes, as well as managing administrative tasks associated with third parties. This position plays also a crucial part in maintaining compliance and supporting Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives within tender submissions. The individual will collaborate with various teams to streamline processes and enhance the quality of submissions.

    What will you do?

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Placement and renewal file verification: Ensure the completeness and accuracy of placement and renewal files by conducting thorough reviews.
    • Administrative completeness of files : Oversee the administrative documentation provided by contributors to ensure all required elements are complete and accurate.
    • Verification of contributor administrative elements : Conduct regular audits of contributor administrative elements to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
    • Support for CSR question completion in tender processes : Assist in the completion of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) questions as part of tender submissions.

    Qualifications

    What You’ll Bring

    • Fluent in French (minimum C1, expected C2)
    • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
    • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex regulations and assess compliance policies.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
    • Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
    • Knowledge of regulatory requirements relevant to the industry.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with database management.
