Nos expertises couvrent la conception de plans personnalisés, l'évaluation et la gestion des fournisseurs, les stratégies de tarification et de financement, l'analyse de données, ainsi que la conformité et la gouvernance.
En tant que Placement Leader, vous serez le point de contact privilégié des assureurs pour identifier et négocier les meilleures solutions et tarifications pour nos clients. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe Ventes et les consultants H&B afin de proposer des offres optimisées couvrant l'ensemble des programmes de santé et d'avantages sociaux, notamment les assurances médicales, dentaires, vie et invalidité.
Le poste est basé en Côte d'Ivoire et relève du Responsable Pays de la santé et des prestations, en charge du développement commercial et de l'animation clientèle.
