    Description

    The Role

    • Develop and monitor project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
    • Organize, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings, and ensure that project deadlines are met in a timely manner.
    • Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for project information and updates.
    • Facilitate communication between internal teams across different locations (NA and Manila) and external vendors (e.g., translators, printers) to ensure project success.
    • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records.
    • Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.
    • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise, acting as the liaison between clients, team members, and external vendors.
    • Provide detailed reports and regular updates on project status to management and other stakeholders.

    Qualifications

    The Requirement

    • 10-15 years of managerial experience in sales and marketing / corporate communications 
      as an accounts manager / team lead
    • Experience in direct client / stakeholder management and communication
    • Years of experience in a corporate organization or setting
    • Strong background in project management, with a good grasp of project management tools
    • Experience and a good understanding of the dynamics of creative production is a plus
    • Exceptional skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    • Self-starter who works well independently and with the team
    • Organized, detailed and follow consistent process to ensure efficiency and quality
    • Ability to coordinate, manage and track high volume of work assignments
    • Stickler for day-to-day deadlines
    • Pro-active and solutions-driven
    • A people person
    • Has a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills towards local and foreign counterparts
    • An effective communicator with a strong command of the English language
    • Comfortable to work on US hours
