    The Role

    The primary purpose of this role is to perform the broking role. Responsible for providing superior level of client service
    to achieve business objectives. To support an Account Director with a portfolio of clients. WTW's business objectives
    are Client, Financials, People and Operational Excellence.

    • Perform the Broking Role for their portfolio of Clients dealing with New Business, Renewals, Claims and all mid-term alterations and queries.
    • Achieve best client service in an efficient and friendly manner ensuring that all client deadlines are met.
    • Achieve an appreciation of each client's business and culture.
    • Support and find opportunities to enable growth of the existing client accounts.
    • Foster beneficial insurer relationships
    • Follow company procedures for Renewals, Mid Terms Adjustments and New business.
    • Maintain Company and regulatory standards/requirements including compliance.
    • Participate in project work.
    • Provide technical support to colleagues and help in resolving their client problems.
    • Build relationships and provide support to a number of different teams across the regions business.

    Qualifications

    The Requirements

    • CIP qualified.
    • Successful and proven experience working for an insurer or broker.
    • All- inclusive client advocate and excellent problem solver.
    • Passion for learning about and understanding the insurance industry.
    • Hardworking, proactive and flexible and desire to take early responsibility.
    • Good IT skills including a high level of proficiency with the Microsoft Office suit.
    • Good interpersonal, organizational, analytical and communication skills.
    • Highly accurate with good attention to detail in completion of all tasks.
