    Description

    The Role

    •    Drive the FINEX (Financial and Executive Risk) P&L in coordination with local leadership.
    •    Support the FINEX strategy in the country.
    •    Develop FINEX book of business based on the relationship with clients and markets.
    •    Maximize P&L opportunities by capturing synergies and efficiencies within the organization.
    •    Manage FINEX pipeline development and sales opportunities, working with and supporting local Leadership
     

    Qualifications

    The Requirements


    •    Experience in financial lines 
    •    Generation of new business against challenging sales targets
    •    Strong skills in problem solving, planning, and budgeting
    •    High levels of business and financial acumen with an understanding of company strategy and change management
    •    Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills
    •    Quick learner, client centric and results oriented.
    •    Understanding in-depth all WTW added values that we may deliver to our clients
    •    Analyzing current program placement and developing new alternatives in terms of coverages, different limits, wordings/manuscripts, etc.
    •    Deploying our Risks & Analytics tools to bring value to the final client and suggesting alternatives in the T&C to be submitted to the market.
    •    Managing New-Business pipeline throughout the use of our CRM Dynamics
    •    Work together with the broking teams
    •    To visit periodically Insurance Companies, clients, prospects, retail offices and/or third party producers.
    •    To get involved in the Reinsurance quoting and placement processes, when needed.
