    Description

    Summary:

    You will be joining Insurance Consulting and Technology (ICT) at an exciting time of transformation as we work on improving the delivery of value for customers and the business. You’ll be working in the Technology Delivery organisation within the Platform Core Team. Our responsibility is to secure, support, deliver and manage business critical services hosted within the Cloud that are used 24×7 by our clients and colleagues around the world. As part of a focused team, you will be working to better secure and maintain our complex Azure environments, deliver new solutions, provide support and collaborate with global support and engineering colleagues. This role is open to flexible and hybrid working arrangements, with presence in the Reigate office as required.

    The Role:

    • Deliver Azure cloud-based resources, solutions and services for systems within ICT deployed globally
    • Support continuous improvement of cloud technologies including automation, IaaC and Security by Design
    • Assist on developing Security standards and policy implementations
    • Manage the IDAM requirements
    • Maintenance of Automation Runbooks and SQL Servers (IaaS and PaaS)
    • Day to day handling of requests, covering system administration, operations governance, Azure B2B Tenant issues, threat/vulnerability management and incident response
    • Maintain the Customised PowerShell functions/modules
    • Administrate the Pipelines, Repo, Test Plan including ADO Project Management
    • Collaborating with engineering and development teams to evaluate and identify optimal cloud solutions

    Qualifications

    The Requirements:

    • Demonstratable in-depth experience of designing, supporting, securing and building Azure cloud solutions
    • Experience with a DevOps concept in a cloud environment
    • Experience of Host, Network and Permitter Security design and implementation.
    • Have a working knowledge of Identify and Access Management within Azure.
    • Should have sound knowledge on multi-Tenant environments along with Azure B2B and Entra Tenants.
    • Familiar with Pulumi, ARM templates or other Infrastructure as Code technologies 
    • Advantageous to be experienced in automation or scripting e.g. PowerShell or similar
    • Good documentation and communication skills
    • AZ900, AZ104 and AZ400 Certifications

    Beneficial

    • Knowledge of Puppet, Wiz, Github, Azure DevOps and Jitterbit API integration
    • Hands on Experience with IaaC utilising C#
    • Experience in AWS
    • A good grasp on cybersecurity standards and frameworks e.g. ISO27001, NIST, CIS, OWASP, SOC2
    • AZ500 Certification
