Corporate Risk and Broking (CRB) is one of the world’s largest insurance brokers and risk advisory firms, offering a comprehensive collection of services to a diverse client base - from small businesses to multinational corporations. Roles are available across these varied teams:
Retail
Retail at WTW offers the opportunity to work with diverse clients, from global corporations to start-ups, across industries like Leisure, Real Estate, Healthcare, and more. The team delivers tailored insurance solutions by combining market insights with analytical expertise. Unique to Retail, you’ll manage all classes of insurance, collaborate with specialist teams, and act as the client-facing ambassador for WTW’s full suite of services.
Property & Casulty
WTW’s Property & Casualty team provides comprehensive risk management solutions for evolving challenges like natural disasters, business interruptions, and complex liability exposures. By leveraging flexible risk transfer strategies and cohesive approaches, the team delivers customized solutions to protect clients' bottom lines in an ever-changing environment.
Risk & Analytics
The Risk & Analytics team advances a technical approach to risk management, combining deep expertise, holistic portfolio strategies, and innovative tools. By automating risk quantification, they deliver financial solutions designed to reduce claim likelihood and incident costs for clients across all sectors.
Construction:
With over 50 years of experience and 500 specialists worldwide, WTW’s Construction team supports clients in navigating industry challenges. From developers to contractors, the team provides tailored risk management solutions, drawing on deep market knowledge and industry expertise.
Marine:
WTW’s Marine team specializes in risk management for the maritime industry, offering global expertise through a localized approach. Decades of experience ensure customized solutions aligned with the unique needs of marine clients, subject to local licensing requirements.
Natural resources:
Focused on supporting energy transition, WTW’s Natural Resources team partners with clients across upstream, downstream, mining, and renewable sectors. By providing innovative strategies, the team helps organizations navigate emerging risks and drive sustainable growth in a rapidly evolving landscape.
The opportunities and support available
You will develop technical understanding and knowledge through hands on experience, gaining exposure to our clients through meaningful work assignments and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
More specifically, you will:
Be exposed to a wide range of learning opportunities focused on client and business solutions across the sector to which you are allocated.
Collaborate with WTW network offices to drive development of new business in the region, helping to build new business pipelines with our regional offices.
Support the broader team with data management
Develop and communicate an understanding of client businesses in the region by conducting research on specific industries, preparing benchmarking studies and creating risk maps to support the Specialty Lines of Business.
Work with and support the broader team in the day-to-day aspects of account management and administration, including billing transactional work, data input within in-house systems, research and development of a data relative to specific industries, generating and coordinating calendars and timelines for work in progress, liaising with the Regional teams and various WTW offices and other business stakeholders
Develop relationships in tandem with the broader team and with business stakeholders to understand WTW’s value proposition.
Support new business RFPs and tenders by providing necessary research and input, tracking market responses and feeding back to network offices.
Proactively manage your workload to meet deadlines and ensure the highest standards of accuracy.

Requirements
Fresh graduates from recognized universities aspiring to build a career in the insurance & risk management industry
Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field from a recognized university. Passed one or more actuarial exams preferred, but not required.(only required for Risk & Analytics business role)
You need to be a fresh graduate with a good degree, preferably in maritime studies (Only required for Marine business role)
Candidates will be required to complete SCI certificates (BCP, ComGI, PGI) within the stipulated timeline as per the graduate program.
Candidates should be committed to work towards obtaining a Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) qualification
Candidates should possess an impressive track record demonstrating strong leadership skills in school
Good time management skills
Independent and self-motivated individuals who works well in a team environment and who will consistently strive to deliver the best to WTW’s clients.
