    Description

    The role:

    • Relatioship Management:
      • Ensure all GBM services and programs comply with local and international regulations.
      • Act as the main point of contact between WTW and GBM clients for strategic subjects, ensuring effective communication and prompt resolution of issues.
      • Promote GBM client satisfaction through exceptional service and customized solutions.

     

    • Client Retention:
      • Implement retention strategies to ensure GBM clients remain satisfied and loyal.
      • Conduct regular account reviews to identify improvement opportunities and proactively address any issues affecting client satisfaction.
      • Develop and lead loyalty programs and engagement initiatives to reinforce retention.

     

    • Portfolio Expansion to Other Countries:
      • Identify opportunities to expand current services into other countries in LATAM
      • Coordinate with GBM teams to ensure offered solutions are tailored to local needs and comply with global regulations.
      • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand EH&B dynamics in different countries.

     

    • Monitoring and Reporting:
      • Track the performance of EH&B programs using relevant KPIs and metrics.
      • Prepare regular reports for senior management on account status, challenges and opportunities for improvement.
      • Provide continuous feedback on client needs and trends to support the development of new products and services.

     

    • Project Management and Implementation:
      • Manage the implementation of new benefits programs, ensuring they are delivered on time.
      • Provide continuous feedback on client needs and trends to support the development of new products and services.

    Qualifications

    The requirements:

    • Previous experience with Global Benefits;
    • Fluency in English;
    • Strong Communication, leadership & negotiation skills;
    • Sensitivity to cultural differences and the ability to work effectively in diverse environments;
    • Spanish is a plus;
    • To be based in São Paulo - WTW's office is located in the south zone of São Paulo.
