    Description

    Summary

The market for Employee Experience (EX) solutions – from digital to physical, from pre-hire to retire, across all work-life events – continues to expand and grow meaningfully. WTW holds a distinctive position in the EX space and leads the market in shaping its EX business. Today, the EX business provides advisory and software solutions in the areas of insights, change and communications to both large and mid-market organizations. WTW’s EX business operates as a horizontal across the Health, Wealth, Career (HWC) segment and brings to market integrating and innovating capabilities to create smart connections for our clients, their employees and for WTW. Companies turn to WTW because of how we embed our EX solutions in all we do. And, we are uniquely positioned to create breakthrough experiences for millions of employees with a powerful combination of advisory and digital solutions.

Our EX digital portfolio is an accelerator to our HWC business success. When organizations aim to breakthrough to deliver a high performance employee experience, how do they do this for hundreds or thousands of employees? The answer: They need technology purpose-built for personalized listening and communication at scale because: Listening+Communication = Relationship Breakthroughs. The EX digital portfolio is made up of a combination of proprietary software, third-party solutions/partnerships and new digital solutions that are under development. Our proprietary software – Engage (employee listening) and Embark (personalized communications) – is world leading. Engage and Embark combined reach more than 40 million employees globally. Analysts recognize our software as “innovative” and “game-changing.” In addition, we are known for being first to market with digital tools to help organizations optimize their total rewards costs, to offer data to align high business performance to high employee engagement and to deliver AI-driven insights and actionable recommendations with products like Engage Coach.
