    Description

    Drive the team to successfully develop and grow China/ Taiwan/Hong Kong client portfolio to achieve sales target

    The Role

    • Manage and allocate resources and workflow and deliver profitability
    • Developing new business opportunities in FDI segments (China / Taiwan / Hong Kong) at WTW Vietnam 
    • Be responsible for maintaining and developing client portfolio, market observations and product development
    • Train, coach and monitor team members to ensure their performance compliance with PRD as well as target achievement
    • Ensure sales and sere activities in compliance with the Company requirements (BUL, RMA reports, sales analysis, procedures, regulations…)
    • Develop and implement team guidelines, procedures to ensure the best quality service provided to customers
    • Coordinate with Accounting Department to assure premium and/or commission collection
    • Cooperate with Claim Department to ensure client satisfaction in claim settlement
    • Be the client relationship manager for key accounts
    • Play the specialist role in some product lines
    • Managers team in terms of absences, performance of annual evaluations, development of the skills of team members, monitoring of individual objectives
    • Other tasks assigned by the Company

    Qualifications

    The Requirements

    • University degree
    • Computer Literate, WinWord, Excel, Power Point.
    • At least 05 rienc'e in insurance with broker or non-life insurer at managerial role either in client management or business development
    • Strong leadership skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication
    • Deep understanding of insurance concepts and consulting processing
    • Initiative and critical sense
    • Strong customer management and selling skills
    • Exercise initiative and independent judgment
    • Long-term commitment
    • Chinese and English fluency
