    Description

    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Bid Manager to join our dynamic team. you will be responsible for supporting the bid management process, ensuring that all proposals are completed accurately and submitted on time. This role involves coordinating with various departments, managing timelines, and contributing to the development of high-quality bid and go to market documents.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in the preparation and submission of bid proposals.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information and ensure timely delivery of bid components.
    • Maintain and update bid documentation, ensuring version control and compliance with company standards.
    • Conduct preliminary reviews of bid requirements and identify potential issues or red flags.
    • Support the Bid Manager in organizing and leading kick-off meetings and regular progress check-ins.
    • Ensure all data used in bids is accurate and up-to-date.
    • Design of final documents looking outside of the box. Brand guardian
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of bid management processes and tools.

    Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Design,  Marketing, Corporate communications or a related field.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Proficiency in Adobe Cloud suite (Indesign, Ilustrator, Premier)
    • Previous experience in bid management, sales support, or a similar role is preferred.
    • Strong Spanish and English language skills essential. 
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
