About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Client Executive to join our Large Account Health & Benefits team. This role carries overall responsibility for managing client relationships, addressing insurance needs, and driving strategic development for our largest accounts. You will play a key role in ensuring quality, profitability, and long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire client relationship from sales phase through implementation and ongoing development.
  • Lead and coordinate client teams to meet commitments.
  • Develop growth strategies and plans for cross-selling.
  • Provide strategic advice on health, risk, life & disability programs, including international/expat elements where applicable.
  • Support benefit reviews, renewals, re-broking exercises and negotiations with providers.
  • Translate data, market insights and client needs into actionable recommendations.
  • Strengthen internal collaboration and draw on specialist teams to support complex client requirements. 
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, IDD, and internal guidelines.
  • Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Higher education or equivalent experience.
  • Solid experience in a similar role, preferably within the Employee Benefits Industry. 
  • Experience with large or multinational clients and understanding of employee benefits.
  • Strong analytical ability and comfort working with data and benchmarking. 
  • Proven experience in sales, B2B, and project management.
  • Strong skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
